Wayne Rowe
Project Director and CCUS Subject Matter Expert
With more than 45 years of subsurface experience, Wayne Rowe specializes in Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage (CCUS), having dedicated the last 16 years to this field. He has been instrumental in developing several of the world’s largest CCUS projects, including FutureGen, ADM Decatur, Boundary Dam, Porthos, and various CarbonSAFEs.

Lane Hammons
Director of Geosciences
Lane Hammons brings 44 years of subsurface expertise in exploration, development, and operational geology. His extensive experience encompasses major U.S. basins, including unconventional shale plays, the Gulf Coast, OCS Shelf, and OCS Deepwater. Over the past four years, Lane has concentrated his efforts primarily on CCUS-related projects, enhancing our team’s capabilities in this critical area.

Scott Ricks, PE #76208
Director of Engineering
With over 39 years of subsurface experience, Scott Ricks has a rich background in drilling, completions, project management, and corporate leadership. His focus for the last five years has been on CCUS projects, with a particular emphasis on ensuring long-term wellbore integrity and effective risk management strategies.

Tom Bratton, PhD
Petrophysics and Geomechanics Specialist
Dr. Tom Bratton offers over 48 years of subsurface experience, with a specialization in petrophysics and geomechanics. Previously, he served as a visiting professor at the Colorado School of Mines and is currently involved in four CCUS projects, leveraging his extensive knowledge to drive innovation and success.

Kyle Trainor
Reservoir Modeling and Simulation Professional
Kyle Trainor has over 17 years of experience in reservoir modeling, focusing on carbon sequestration. A graduate of the Colorado School of Mines with a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering, Kyle has been involved in submitting 10 Class VI permits across states such as Texas, Wyoming, New Mexico, and Nebraska.
